Seminar on the topic “the armed forces helps” and sport shooting
Together with the State Delegate Convention of Carinthian Middle School Associations, the Carinthian Homeland Service has launched its youth project “KHD – the next generation”. 13. In July of the year a seminar was held on the topic “the armed forces help”.. With organizational support from LDC chairman Marcel Tamegger, KHD chairman Andreas Mölzer was able to hold a successful event.
They met at the Hollenburg technical connection house in Ferlach 20 young Carinthian patriots, to first compete at the shooting range. Afterwards the seminar about the armed forces took place, whereby Oberstarzt Univ. Doz. Dr. Klaus Wolff gave a comprehensive and committed lecture about our army. What was particularly exciting for the young participants in the seminar was Wolff's report on his various foreign assignments as part of the armed forces.
Afterwards there was a friendly barbecue in the TV Hollenburg garden, where the boss of the Wernberg large inn Fruhmann, Hans Besser-Walzl, personally stood at the grill.
Overall, despite the blazing hot summer weather, it was a successful event organized by the Carinthian Homeland Service and the LDC, which made it clear, that there are definitely Carinthian patriots of the younger generation, who can and want to continue the work of the KHD!
